Chef Greg Andrews creates dishes reflecting the bounty of the rich farming heritage of Westmoreland County in his menus.  Both lunch and dinner menus represent the most flavorful items brought to market at their peak, then prepared focusing on the main ingredient, which allows the simple yet refined presentation of many locally grown and raised products.
 
The signature chalk board is updated daily listing features which compliment the dinner menu.  These “specials” highlight the freshest in seasonal produce, meats and seafood, incorporating house made soups, entrees, pasta, sushi and pizza du jour. 

Carefully selected and perfectly paired with the menu items, or to be enjoyed alone, is an extensive ‘New World’ wines by the bottle list, and 25 for $25 list featuring labels from classic winemakers, boutique wineries and organic and biodynamic offerings.
